400g pork mince
2 shallots, diced
1 apple, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
sea salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 burger buns
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 heaped tsp of In Season Golden Beetroot Relish
4 slices Moyallon Guanciale or bacon

Mix the pork, apple, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Form the mixture into even-sized patties and fry in the olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through.
Remove the patties from the pan and allow to rest while you toast the burger buns.
To serve Spread the bun bases with mayonnaise, add rocket and the slider (pattie) and top with a generous dollop of In Season Golden Beetroot Relish and a slice of grilled guanciale.
