Ingredients: 

Porridge Oats 200 gram
Irish Honey 40 mls
Milk 600 mls
Natural Yogurt 400 mls
Sultanas 120 gram
Banana 1 whole chopped
Apple 1 Grated
Blueberries 120 gram

Method: 

Heat the milk and add porridge oats and cook for 1 min
To Serve: serve with honey or salt. Combine ingredients and devour!! Yum yum
