The Malton Hotel Brandy Butter Recipe


Prep Time: 



125g soft butter
125g icing sugar
2tbsp boiling water
3tbsp brandy
Grated Zest of an orange (optional)



Beat together the butter and icing sugar(and zest if using). Then beat in the boiling water and brandy. Chill and store in the fridge until the Christmas pudding comes out…Yum,
