Cheese & Potato Cakes

Ingredients: 

300g of Grated raw Potato
2 large eggs
½ cup of The Little Milk Company Vintage Cheese
¼ cup of finely diced onion
1 clove of crushed garlic
Finely diced cooked rasher / bacon
Salt & Pepper

Method: 

This is dead easy and the perfect recipe for even the laziest of cooks.

  1. All you need to do is bung all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
  2. Once all your ingredients are well-mixed, then use a silicone muffin case, and fill it up with the mixture.
  3. Bake these delicious cakes at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes, until they're a lovely golden brown colour.
  4. Pop them onto a plate, these are great as a quick lunch served with a side salad, or as part of a bigger meal.
