Overview

The name Donnybrook Fair is synonymous with fine food. This company, started by Joe Doyle over forty years ago, has gradually evolved into major food outlets in  Dublin City and suburbs.  The flagship shop is in Morehampton Road, complete with restaurant and cookery school, with a smaller store in Greystones. Both carry the same ethos - to pass on the food message by serving the best in home made, home produced and carefully sourced fresh foods to residents and multicultural visitors.

Here in these shops you will find only Irish reared meats. The 'farm to fork' mission statement equates to careful sourcing of the best quality meats in Ireland - served by a team of trained butchers who have learned their craft the traditional way. Beef is dry aged on the bone in the time honoured way  - meaning you get the cut of your choice at in its prime condition for cooking. Donnybrook Fair's bakeries churn out the best in home made breads, cakes and pastries - award winning in some cases! The delis are packed to the rafters with home made goodies and ready to go meals, created in the in house kitchen by a dedicated brigade of chefs. A superb range of cheeses and charcuterie compliment the home cooked fare. Donnybrook Fair's fruit and vegetable experts are skilled in finding the best local and Irish produce alongside a range of exotic items - and an enviable choice of organics. What more can we say? Except that whichever shop you choose to frequent - you can rest assured the same consistency of quality translates across the board. Guaranteeing an informative and educational shopping experience -  and a personal friendly service second to none!
