Our Review of Brooks Hotel - The Jasmine Bar

Brooks Hotel has so much to offer its visitors. This prestigious boutique hotel is conveniently situated for seeing the city sights, and one of our trusted Good Food Ireland Approved Providers in the Culinary Accommodation sector. From artisan food to a selection of whiskeys that will leave you astounded, why not test it out with a little tipple at the Jasmine Bar.

We always love relaxing in the Jasmine Bar, located just off the lobby area. Here you can sip an extra glass of wine or a port or a cognac with your coffee. This bar also has a stunning array of whiskeys from all over the world - over one hundred and thirty in the range.  Not surprisingly Brooks is Ireland's first member of the Great Whiskey Bars of the World and a regular meeting spot for the Whiskey Society of Ireland.

The Jasmine bar is enjoyable to sit in whether you are with friends or alone. In fact if you are alone, it’s a good place to catch up on the day's happenings with a range of newspapers, or browse the pages of a magazine while you sip. Staffs are knowledgeable on their beverages, so you might even get into a conversation on whiskey, wine or whatever else takes your fancy! During the day you can take coffee or tea here too. A good meeting place for business people or friends just out for the day.
