Dining

Brooks Hotel has two dining options, Francesca’s Restaurant and the Jasmine Bar and Cafe Lounge.

Francesca’s Restaurant serves exquisite dishes with a distinctly Irish flavour. There is a sense of ‘Terrior’ to the dishes, a sense of place to the food on offer. The team are keen foragers and dishes are made with indigenous and wild ingredients that change with the seasons.

The Jasmine Bar was named one of the ‘Great Whisky Bars of the World’ and is the relaxing spot where you can sip one of over a hundred different whiskies from around the world. There’s also a bar menu serving classics dishes throughout the day.

The Cafe Lounge is where you can top up your caffine levels and your sugar levels too with a great selection of teas and coffees and baked treats.

The atmosphere is relaxed and casual but the setting is elegant and intimate with great attention to detail. The open-plan kitchen adds a lovely buzz to the place and it a great spot for a tasty dinner of modern Irish food paired with a some very delicious wines.

There’s no better way to start your day than a breakfast at Brooks Hotel.
