Behind every wonderful product is a team of experts passionate about creating great tasting food & drink. Richard Hamilton is the Head Brewer at Boyne Brewhouse. Richard followed his passion for brewing into a career that lead him to joining the Boyne Brewhouse team. Richard and his team are kept busy producing a number of craft beers to suit all tastes. Beer is fermented for an average period of eight days before being conditioned for another fourteen to twenty one days. The brewing process is completey managed at the brewery, with all beers pacakged and kegged on site to ensure consistency and the highest qilaioty standards.
