- 500g Ham Fillet
- Half a bottle of Medium Dry Stonewell Cider
- Brown Sugar
Place the ham in a dish. Pin the cloves on the ham and cover it with brown sugar. Pour half a bottle of Stonewell Cider Medium Dry Cider into the dish.
Put the dish into the oven at 180C for 20-30 mins, continually take the ham out to baste with the cider poured into the dish previously.
Once cooked, allow to cool and carve to serve.
