In celebration of our friends across the pond in the United States, The Garden Room at The Merrion Hotel is hosting a special menu of Thanksgiving Favourites from the 20th-26th of November. 

Located in the heart of Dublin city, The Merrion Hotel is one of Ireland's most iconic and luxurious hotels. Step into Georgian elegance - from the long architectural history of these fine buildings once dedicated to government on Upper Merrion Street, to the service which echoes that gentile era. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here - and everything is possible. 

This week marks an important holiday in America's calender as they celebrate Thanksgiving. The Merrion Hotel are celebrating this event and the close connection of our two countries by hosting a fantastic Thanksgiving Favourites menu in their newly opened Garden Room. 

Diners can enjoy an expert menu devised by The Merrion's Executive Chef, Ed Cooney, who takes pride in creating seasonal menus at all times during the year. The Thanksgiving Favourites menu includes a delicious Classic New England Clam Chowder to start, followed by the Traditional Roast Turket Dinner featuring Friendly Farm Irish Roast Turkey with Thyme and Apricot Stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Pumpkin Crush with Marshmallows and Cranberry Sauce. You can also sample the New Orleans Gumbo served with Tiger Prawns and Rice Pilaf. To finish off, make sure to try the Glazed Pumpkin Pie, a must have for any Thanksgiving meal.
