Good Food Ireland hosted over twenty top International food and travel journalists on Mr Jeffares Blackcurrants, Ballykelly Farm in Wexford on Wednesday and showcased the very best of county Wexford’s food produce and cuisine. Mr Jeffares Blackcurrants, 100% natural cold pressed pure juice with no added sugar, made from home grown Irish blackcurrants at Ballykelly Farm, Co Wexford.
Down in deepest Wexford in 1988, Ellen O’Leary first made jams under the Wexford Home Preserves label. This lady created quite a stir, excuse our pun, gaining a great reputation for her beautiful jams, handmade from local home grown fruit.
