Good Food Ireland were invited to showcase at the US Ambassadors residence in the Phoenix Park on Thursday February 2nd 2017. The evening featured Guest of Honour, US Celebrity Chef Amanda Freitag in conversation with Ross Golden Bannon, as part of the "Creative Minds Series" a business series of collaborations which is aimed to inspire and grow cooperation, entrepreneurship and commercial opportunities.
Good Food Ireland members had the opportunity to present their produce and cuisine to Amanda and guests, share stories and build new business relationships with approximately 130 key leaders from the food, drink and hospitality sectors and government agencies.
The night was a great success and Amandas' Creative Minds session with Ross Golden Bannon was very inspiring and informative. We applaud our members on pulling out all the stops creating fabulous displays and dishes for Amanda and guests and for making the journey cross country in many cases for this very successful event.
