Q: How and when should I book my experience?
A: When ready to take up your chosen Good Food Ireland Experience all you have to do is email or call our Experience Specialists and we will take care of the rest. Email: bookings@goodfoodireland.ie Telephone: +353 (0)53 9158693 (office hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT) After that, just turn up and present the Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card, it’s as simple as that.

Q: I received a Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card as a gift, but I'd rather choose something else. Is this possible?
A: Yes of course. Your Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card can be used for any other Good Food Ireland Experience of your choice or used to the full value of the Experience amount in any of the Good Food Ireland Collection. So you can’t lose, we’re here to help and want to welcome you to experience Good Food Ireland.

Q: Can I have a refund?
A: Yes, we can give you a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as no particular experience has been booked by us on your behalf. Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Cards should be sent back to us by registered post along with a letter asking a refund and a contact telephone number and email address so that we can contact you if necessary. 

Q: What does the Experience Gift Card look like?
A: The Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card is a hard plastic card that looks very similar to a debit card. It is displayed within a matching high quality matt finish wallet with information on how to redeem it as well as an area for you to write a special message to the recipient. This is then placed into a high quality cream envelope and posted to the recipient.

Q: How long will the Experience Gift Card take to be delivered?
A: Your Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card will be sent to you or directly to the recipient. Cards are sent through the Irish postal service and will be sent on the same working day of purchase before 12.30pm or on the next working day. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Remember if you are concerned that your Gift Card will not arrive on time we will send you by email a temporary Presentation Gift Card. Just make sure to tick the option box to be sent a temporary Presentation Gift PDF during the checkout process. Special Delivery by Courier can be arranged for next working day, provided the order is placed on a working day by 12.30pm (subject to additional charges) and that someone will be there to sign receipt of it. Q: If I need an instant gift can I get one?
A: Yes of course.You can choose instead to buy a Good Food Ireland E-Card here which you can use at any of our Collection. More details on how the E-card works can be found here.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
A: If you ordered your Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card via standard delivery, please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive. If it’s been this long and still no envelope please contact our Customer Service team. If you ordered Special Delivery by Courier and have not received it by 2 working days please contact our Customer Service team.

Q: How long will I have to use my Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card?
A: Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Q: I was lucky enough to be given more than one Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card - Can I combine their value?
A: There is no limit to how many Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Cards you can present any of our Collection to combine the amounts. Please be aware that each Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card can only be used once.

Q: I cannot see where to book a specific date online, can you help?
A: Unless it’s an event with a specific date, the whole fun of Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Cards is choosing a date that suits you. Each experience provider has their own availability, so just contact us to book your chosen date (or you can of course book directly yourself) and we can take it from there.

Q: I wasn't happy with my experience, who can I speak/complain to about this?
A: Call us on +353 (0) 53 9158693 to speak to one of our Customer Service Team or email the full details to info@goodfoodireland.ie and we will ensure that your complaint will be passed to the correct department. Please note that emails can take up to 48 hours to respond.

Q: I've lost my Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card! Can you re-issue me a new one, or send me the details?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Cards as they are equivalent to cash. You will need your physical Good Food Ireland Experience Gift Card/s on the day of your experience.

Q: I accidentally input the wrong address at the point of purchase. Can this be changed?
A: It happens to the best of us! If you contact us immediately after purchase (email if you purchased it over the weekend so we see it first thing Monday morning) we may be able to update the postal address before it makes the post, but we cannot promise so.

Q: I placed an order and received an email saying it failed. Why has the money still been taken?
A: Unfortunately this is outside our control as it down to the way banks work. The money is held in reserve (by the bank) until the order is completed or rejected. If completed, the money leaves, if rejected, the money comes back, and this can take up to 14 working days due to the way the banking system works.
