Afterwards head back to Killarney to enjoy a whiskey tasting experience before checking in to your luxurious home from home for the night where you will dine that evening in a wonderful victorian elegance styled restaurant that offers dishes made focusing on the use of fresh Kerry produce.

The following morning wake refreshed and ready for the exciting trip ahead as you tour the magnificent Wild Atlantic Way marvelling at the stunning coastal scenery as you travel.

If you have booked the boat trip around the islands then the following applies:

Today you will head out on the high seas for a fantastic boat trip around the Skellig islands. Skellig Michael, also called Great Skellig, is the larger of the two Skellig Islands and is a World Heritage Site - a wilderness site and a designated Nature Reserve.

This boat trip takes you around the islands - protecting the unique landscape of the Skelligs. What will you spot on your trip? Sightings have included dolphins, puffins and some visitors have even encountered orca whales!

You're sure to have built up an appetite with all that sea air and your destination for that evenings' dining will not disappoint! This cosy seafood restaurant with stunning sea views is extremely popular with locals and tourists alike. Not far to travel for bed - simply pop upstairs to your room in this gorgeous little haven on the coast of Kerry, where you can enjoy breathtaking coastal views from the comfort of your bed.

Please note -  Some of the Cookery classes - (eg the Baking & Chocolate Making classes) may end too late (after 15.00) to fit in the whiskey tasting, thus a Good Food Ireland Gift card is included to cover this which can instead be used on your trip at any of our collection. We suggest using it then for a picnic lunch from Good food Ireland Members Jack's Bakery & Deli which is en route to your boat trip meeting point.
