Ballymaloe House Opening Times for 2020 Season
Ballymaloe House are welcoming in the late summer with their new opening times and a new à La Carte Menu from their Head Chef Dervilla O'Flynn.
Located in beautiful East Cork, Ballymaloe House is known far and wide for its pioneering passion for local Irish food. Dining at Ballymaloe House is truly a remarkable experience. Much of the produce is sourced from their own walled garden and farm, while local suppliers also play an important part of the dining offering at Ballymaloe. Fresh fruit and vegetables from the walled garden are brought up each morning to the house and featured on the daily menu. A true local food experience.
A visit to Ballymaloe also can include staying in this famous Country House. Rooms are simple yet elegant and in keeping with the overall decor of the house. Ranging from large to cosier rooms, they're airy and look out onto neighbouring fields, gardens or the courtyard. You'll be provided with beautiful views that encourage peace, tranquillity and relaxation.

Ballymaloe's Head Chef Dervilla O'Flynn has cultivate a remarkable new à La Carte menu. Expect to see plenty of delicious Ballymaloe seasonal produce on the menu.
Accommodation at Ballymaloe House resumes from July 22nd.
Opening times are as follows:
Ballymaloe House (restaurant only) is currently open from Thursday to Sunday as follows:
Thursday: A new à la carte dinner menu only from 6.30pm to 9.30pm (no lunch)
Friday: A new à la carte dinner menu only from 6.30pm to 9.30pm (no lunch)
Saturday: Table-d’hôtel lunch menu at €45 per person from 12.30pm until 2pm.
Saturday dinner will be an à la carte menu served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
Sunday: Table-d’hôtel lunch menu at €50 per person from 1pm to 3pm.
From Wednesday 22nd July, when accommodation is available again, in addition to the opening times detailed above, Ballymaloe will be taking additional à la carte restaurant bookings as follows:
Lunch: Thursday and Friday 12.30pm to 2pm
Dinner: Wednesday 6.30pm to 9.30pm

Richard Scott’s Open-air Sculpture Exhibition on the grounds of Ballymaloe is available for viewing from 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday until the end of September. Pre-book to join him for a guided tour every Thursday at 6pm. Private tours also available by arrangement. A wonderful pre dinner or after lunch activity. Contact Richard on 087 9190615.
The Ballymaloe Shop and Café at Ballymaloe House is open 7 days a week as follows:
Irish Crafts, Gifts and Kitchen Shop: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Ballymaloe Café (at the back of the shop): 10.00am to 5.00pm
