GFI are showcasing the best of Irish food at world renowned gourmet and speciality food Dean & DeLuca's flagship store Soho, New York on Monday 29th October. The event marks the launch of the new look www.goodfoodireland.ie including its online shop and culinary food trip planner.
Between 11am – 4pm the public are invited to drop by for tasters and to meet some of Irelands best chefs Ed Cooney Executive Chef The Merrion Hotel and Maurice Keller GFI Ambassador Chef who will both prepare and present Irish products which are stocked within Dean & DeLuca.
On the menu will be numerous GFI Approved Providers including Kilbeggan Organic Porridge, Ditty’s Oatcakes, Ballymaloe Relish, Burren Smoked Irish Salmon, Seymours Traditional Irish Shortbread, Irish Farmhouse Cheese and lots more.
