Casey's Fish Products

One of the original producers of world class Irish smoked salmon. Established over three decades ago this family run business owned by Bill Casey is located in the pretty village of Shanagarry on Ballycotton Bay in East Cork. Salmon is supplied to various outlets and to the export market.

Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese

Glenilen Farm

Alan and Valerie Kingston of Glenilen Farm, have been producing some of the best natural dairy products in Ireland on their family dairy farm in West Cork since 1997. Their philosophy is simple; they make natural products with authentic farmhouse taste, with absolutely no additives or preservatives in their products you can really taste the unique freshness throughout all the Glenilen range, which continues to go from strength to strength.
