O'Neill Foods

Bolinadrum, Ferns, Co Wexford.

When you taste O’Neill’s rashers, you’ll know that you’re eating something really good. They have a distinct taste and flavour, mainly due to the dry curing process. This traditional process doesn’t use any water, just a blend of salts and sugars that’s gently rubbed into the pork, converting it to bacon, making them a much healthier rasher.
