Urru Culinary Store

The Mill, McSwiney Quay, Bandon, Co Cork.

West Cork was lucky enough to be the first place to be hit by the powerhouse that is Ruth Healy. Her ultimately stylish Urru Culinary Store first opened only few short years ago - and has risen from relatively quiet beginnings to being one of the most talked about shops in the land. Now, with brother Willy, the pair have also opened a sister premises in Mallow. Wilde Irish Chocolates

Unit 6, Enterprise Centre, Tuamgraney, Co. Clare

If Wilde suggests a bit of decadence, then it’s exactly the right name for the chocolate that Patricia Farrell makes, not far from the shores of Lough Derg, in Co Clare. But other words that can be used to describe just how delicious these are might include scrumptious and luscious. And winning a Great Taste Gold in 2007, Bridgestone Best in Ireland recommendations and Industry Awards is the definite ‘proof of the pudding’.
