West Cork was lucky enough to be the first place to be hit by the powerhouse that is Ruth Healy. Her ultimately stylish Urru Culinary Store first opened only few short years ago - and has risen from relatively quiet beginnings to being one of the most talked about shops in the land. Now, with brother Willy, the pair have also opened a sister premises in Mallow. And despite growing the business hugely in a relatively short space of time, standards here are higher than they’ve ever been.
