Sandwich Stall (The)

Unit 39, English Market, Cork City, Co Cork.

This little stall could almost be renamed Sanwiches ‘R’ Us! Situated right in the buzz of Cork’s wonderfully diverse English Market, The Sandwich Stall is by far one of the busiest here. Take a walk by during mid-morning, just before the lunch hour kicks in, and see the amazing range of sandwiches and salads on offer. Stroll by again at about 3pm, and there won’t be a crumb left. That’s how popular it is. For dessert, The Sandwich Stall also serves a selection of cakes and gateaux made by Yummy Tummy, a local artisan baker in Midleton. As they say in Cork, ‘Sure, what more would you be wanting?!
