Market Butcher (The)

Unit 11, Block G, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co Dublin

A butcher’s shop in Drimnagh when they finished their apprenticeships was the start of a 21 year journey that has taken butchers Michael Bermingham and Karl Freeman out to Newcastle, Co Dublin via a very successful enterprise in Tallaght village. Their Market Butcher in Greenogue is the full turning of the circle as they branched out to the wholesale section. But retail sales are now very much on the agenda. What sets the Market Butcher apart from other similar shops is the attention to detail and above all, the quality of the product.
