We are an island and surrounded with an abundant supply of fish and shellfish so is it any wonder that we have a growing number of Approved Culinary Educators whose emphasis is on providing local ingredient led courses.

With our array of cookery schools there are courses to suit all skill sets from those who simply wish to:

Housed in a dazzling purpose-built premises, the bright, spacious kitchens of the Dublin Cookery Schools are the perfect setting for novice cooks and seasoned chefs alike. With 12 fully-equipped workstations, complete with hobs and ovens, students learn tricks of the trade in a supportive and challenging environment.
