Traditional Homemade Marmalade
Serves
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1kg of Oranges1kg of Jam Sugar
Method:
Mince the oranges in a liquidiser and place in a big pot.
Add Sugar and bring slowly to the boil and simmer for 15 mins.
Place in pots which have been sterilised by placing in a hot oven.
Leave to cool before covering.
Makes 3 Standard Pots
