7 Nights - Dublin, Wicklow, Waterford & Cork

Day 1 Saturday – Dublin

  •   Stay in the luxurious 5 star Merrion Hotel and enjoy seasonal Irish breakfast 

Day 2 and 3 – Wicklow

  • Visit the industrious kitchen at Janet’s Country Fayre and hear how the queen of Irish artisan chutney uses local ingredients to make her delicious chutneys and relishes 
  • 2 nights bed and breakfast in Ballyknocken House and Cookery School
  • On the second day relish a hands-on private bread making course in the cookery school with picnic lunch to follow as you stroll around the farm.

Day 4 – Waterford

  • Stay overnight in the Cliff House Hotel in coastal Ardmore where the views are phenomenal. Receive a complimentary Cliff House Cookbook.
  • Dinner in the House Restaurant, their Michelin star restaurant.

Day 5 and 6 – Cork

  • Stay 2 nights in the world renowned and well loved to Ballymaloe Country House & Restaurant, the home of real Irish food.
