Michelin Star Restaurants

The Michelin Guide is a series of annual guide books published by Michelin for over a dozen countries. The oldest and best-known European hotel and restaurant guide was originally published by André Michelin in the 1900’s and introduced the star rating in 1926, which has now become the coveted the Michelin star.  The Michelin Star indicates a good place to stop on your journey. But beware of comparing the star given to an expensive deluxe establishment with that of a simple restaurant where you can appreciate fine cooking at a reasonable price

Decidedly one of the most enjoyable dining rooms in the capital.
