Her passion for good ingredients has driven the development of Janet’s Country Fayre, a hugely successful range of chutneys, pickles, salsas, dressings and relishes dreamed up and handmade by the lady herself. And it doesn’t stop there. She also makes sauces, vinaigrettes and preserves to die for. So Queen of Chutney just isn’t a grand enough title for a woman who could probably put anything edible into a bottle or jar!

Nóirín's Bakehouse and Café
