Local ingredients are used to make the delicious pralines and truffles. The chocolates are hand made, tempered, dipped and finished in the traditional artisan way.

the tonka truffle is the best, the chili truffle superb. but what says the most is that i have never liked bounty bars but i love their cocunut. i am not keen on hot choclate but theirs is divine. couldnt stand milky bar but love their white chocolate. Simply put, its like tasting choclate for the first time
Ohh my god the mint truffle. I got given a taster at the Naas Farmers Market and I bought some. The wife bought a bag of the champagne truffle and loved it. The mint is like putting a fresh mint leaf in your mouth- i cant explain it, never had anything like it. Top Marks
