Maurice Keller's Gravatar As MC at the awards and working with michael and his team at the KClub I have sent the following to Michael:
Hi Michael
Thank you sincerely to you and your team at the KClub, from our perspective it was an excellent day and everybody was impressed with the “Artisan Picnic” theme. The venue, the setting all added to make it all a great experience. Special thanks to David and Finbar for their efforts on the ground, and thanks to Finbar for cooking the beef fillets for our Brown Thomas showcase....the beef was perfect and was enjoyed by all present.
Anybody travelling to Waterford....give me a call.

Rathmullan House's Gravatar The congratulations from our guests and colleagues has been overwhelming.

We were obviously thrilled and humbled to win the overall award.

Its a great credit to you that your marketing went into overdrive and you got the word out there.
With so much publicity our bookings since the award have increased significantly.
We feel that the coverage will generate 10's of thousands of euros worth of business. It may not be generated online through your booking system but from phone calls and emails we know that it has happened because of Good Food Ireland.

We do love being a member of Good Food Ireland, as you get us out and about meeting like minded people and most importantly you get us out of our comfort zone.

We look forward to working with you over the next year.
